Laboratory services are available by appointment.  Laboratory patients will be seen 1 at a time and laboratory studies will be obtained in Room #2 near the front of the office.  Do not come in the office in advance of your appointment.  Call our office when you arrive in the parking lot.  Please stay in your car till you are called to come into the office.  You will be screened at the door.

Routine office follow-up may be coordinated with telehealth service via Mend or Doximity.  Our staff will help you with the authorization forms and installation of the apps for the service.

Evaluation of problems may also be performed via the phone services and our telehealth services.

Emergency problems will continue to require Emergency Department evaluation and management.

We have implemented a new format for our office.  Elective office appointments will be seen within 30 minutes time intervals on a 1 at a time basis. You may check in from your car and be called when our staff is ready to see you. Our waiting area is limited and our chairs have been spaced to be more socially distanced. Please limit the individuals accompanying you to only 1 other individual.  Please do not bring children to our office with the current health crisis.  You will be screened for fevers, cough, sore throat, stomach problems and any potential COVID-19 exposures including other patients and travel history.

We are not accepting any walk-in evaluations.  All appointments are scheduled.  Urgent evaluations may be evaluated with phone contacts or Urgent Care/Immediate Care face to face evaluations or Emergency Department evaluations.

Telehealth visits and phone visits are available for some some types of care.  The level of care involved may guide what method may work the best for each situation for each person.

Our staff members are working hard to continue the care of each and every one of you.
